Customisation & RSVP Setup

2. Customise the Invitation
   Add your event details and wording.

3. Add Your RSVP Link
   Provide your RSVP link (for example, Eventbrite or a custom RSVP page).
   We will generate a QR code that links directly to your RSVP page and engrave it onto the invitation.

4. Envelope Branding (If Selected)
   If you choose individual mailing with envelopes, your company logo will be placed neatly in the corner of each envelope.

Bulk Delivery (No Envelopes)

• One order contains a batch of 3 invitations

• All invitations are engraved and packed together

• Shipped in one delivery directly to you

• Suitable for hand-delivery or on-site distribution

Individual Mailing (Custom Envelopes Included)

• Each invitation is placed into a personalised envelope

• Invitations are mailed individually to each recipient

• Upload your recipient list using the provided spreadsheet template

• We handle the individual packaging and mailing for you
